Expand your ability to photograph the wonders of nature by putting your digital camera to work with your spotting scope. The Universal Digital Camera Adapter (DCA) brackets make it easy to keep your digital camera steady — especially important when light is at a premium. Simply choose one of the Radian DCA brackets, sized according to the outside diameter (OD) of the eyepiece of your spotting scope:

LARGE DCA fits 43-65mm eyepieces (OD) such as:
· Stokes 65mm Sandpiper
· Vortex 80mm Skyline

SMALL DCA fits 28-45mm eyepieces (OD) such as:
· Vortex 60mm Nomad
· Vortex 70mm Impact

Using a digital camera adapter bracket also increases flexibility when framing on-the-move wildlife through your spotting scope and camera. You'll be amazed at the professional-grade wildlife images achieved with this method.

Digital camera suggestions
When selecting a digital camera, we recommend the following for more satisfactory digiscoping:

· 4 mega pixels or greater
· 3x to 5x optical zoom
· 2-inch LCD screen
· Accessory thread* and/or tripod thread

*Digital camera adapters use an accessory thread to connect the digital camera to the spotting scope (supporting thread sizes of 28mm, 37mm, 43mm, and 52mm). Digital camera brackets use a tripod thread of ¼" x 20mm.

Digiscoping with the "Aim and Shoot" method
