WARRANTY/RETURNS
All items
are described as fully as possible. US Imagineering, Inc. warrants
its products under a 30-day limited warranty from defects
in manufacture or workmanship. Size exchanges and returns
are accepted during this 30-day period. For size exchanges
and returns, items must be returned unused with all original
packaging, tags and labels attached and saleable condition.
Some products have an extended warranty period, please see
instruction manual if applicable.
For all return, exchange and warranty issues, a Return
Authorization Number is required. The return shipping cost is the responsibility
of the customer; therefore, return products should be shipped
prepaid and insured. CODs are not accepted. Original shipping
fees and auction fees when applicable are non-refundable. Products
repaired or replaced under warranty will not incur reshipping
charges. Size-related exchanges are subject to reshipping charges.
Under this warranty, the sole remedy shall be repair, exchange,
or replacement at USI's discretion.
This warranty does not cover any charges for labor, downtime,
or any other consequential or incidental damages resulting
from the sale, use or improper functioning of the product.
The warranty does not cover product failures due to misuse
or abuse, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, typical
required replacement products or circumstances beyond the control
of USI.
LIMITATION ON DAMAGES: US IMAGINEERING, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON ITS PRODUCTS.
TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR PRODUCT(S) PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS
BELOW:
1.For all return, exchange and warranty issues, a Return Authorization
Number is required. Products must be returned unused with
all original packaging, tags and labels attached in saleable
condition
within 30 days of shipment receipt. See Return Authorization
Number Request Form link below.
2. Returns after 30 Days will NOT be authorized or if you return
the product without a Return Authorization Number, it will
be refused or returned! Some products have an extended warranty
period, please see instruction manual if applicable.
3. Once you have completed and submitted a Return Authorization
Number Request Form and have received an approval notification
with a Return Authorization Number from our staff, clearly
mark the outside of the package with the Return Authorization
Number and include a copy of the approval notification inside
the package.
4. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer;
therefore, return products should be shipped prepaid and insured.
CODS are not accepted.
5. For returns or warranty issues, credit will be issued back
to original form of payment less original shipping fees and
auction fees when applicable.
6. Size-related exchanges are subject to reshipping charges.
Payment for reshipping charges must be completed on the Return
Authorization Number Request Form.
7. Allow 10-14 business days for your return to be processed.
